We have multiple shipping locations, we choose where the item ships from based on availability and traffic on our different locations.
We have multiple shipping locations based in EU and Overseas partners.
Free shipping will still apply no matter location we ship from.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

All orders to EU up to the value of €149 are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For orders to the EU above €150 import duties/taxes may apply at delivery — in this case these duties are the responsibility of the customer to be paid.

EGSIST is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping, although if you country does not appear on checkout page you can contact us at help@egsist.com and give you shipping price and create a custom order for you.

EXTA FEES & DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

EGSIST is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way,
